AOL/AIM trouble, help please

So, ever since i got this computer, i have had a really strange and annoying problem happeneing when I use aol related apps (AOL 9.0, AIM, etc.)

 

 

 

basically everytime i'm using them, this annoying message always pops up:

if i press yes, then it directs me to the debugging page, which i don't know what to do with.

 

 

 

if i press no, then it pops back up like 3-5 more times and then goes away for like 2 minutes maybe.

 

 

 

It's extremely annoying and i have no idea what is causing this problem

 

 

 

any advice?
