attack:20 (getting to 40)

 

str:20 (getting to 50)

 

hits;soon 20(will get to whatever lvl i can lol)

 

 

 

need advice on where to train t0 40 att and 50 str & and if my pure will be effective on lower lvls in f2p pvp

Do Vampire Slayer if you haven't already, it gives some decent attack experience. I trained on men from 20-40 attack and 1-40 str in Edgeville. It's usually empty on PvP worlds and no one will attack you there. You can bank the bones, they're around 70gp each and sell quickly on the GE.
