I got a question about the upgrades on this weapon. I started to knock down some Vyrewatches and in the guide it said that your flail upgrades every 50 kills. Does this go automatic of do I have to get it as a reward? I did only get some loot for cremeting and no upgrade or something..

The guide also states that you have to CREMATE 50 Vyres for the upgrade. Killing them alone gives no boost, ever.

 

 

 

To cremate them, you have to have the quest complete and then you can burn the corpses they drop when you slay them. It is similar to the shade burning minigame at Mort'ton, except the pyres are built in the temple at the river Salve.

Also, the maximum upgrade you can get is 10, meaning 500 cremated Vyres.
