Well, I played the game, gained some points and bought the Morphic Tool.

 

 

 

Now I was going to continue my mining and I tested this item, the animation showed a bronze pickaxe. :ohnoes:

 

Do you think this is a glitch or it actually has the effectiveness of a bronze pickaxe.

 

 

 

 

 

EDIT: Had a rune pickaxe in inventory and it was used. Morphic pickaxe is now fail. Although I shall wield it and use rune anyway, it looks cool.

Morphic items have huge glitches in them - the knife doesnt give any xp to fletching either.

 

Not sure about butterfly net or harpoon but the hatchet works well on yews. :)

 

 

 

And yeah the same thing with bronze pickaxe happened to my friend but I just didnt move while mining.

I wouldn't use the tools for a little while until Jagex confirms their status/corrects glitches etc.

Meh, i'm wielding it for looks and using the rune pickaxe in my inventory. \

Volatile is better then morphic I believe, maybe thats it?

 

 

 

I just got it for looks ;) But seeing as a bought everything, I'm saving up some points in case they make better rewards.
