How many days will this take in f2p:

I play 1h every day.

Im lvl 70 in str and the goal is 80.

What monster could i train on and how many days will it take?

A link to a fighting calculator, type in your exp, your fighting style, pick a monster of find the hitpoints of a monster. It tells you how many you need to kill.

But you can get around 30-40k experience per hour at your level with normal monsters.

Lesser demons are OK for my lvl?

It would be preferable if you had a higher defense.

Try things such as worker cockroaches? They hit low and have lots of noted and alchable drops.

Giant Spiders in the 3rd floor of the Stronghold of Security, although food and good armour is a must.
