Ok, the clue says......

 

"Think under the lens in the Observatory. Spin before you talk to me. Equip a mithril chain body, green dragonhide chaps and a ruby amulet."

 

So, I got the ruby amulet, mithril chane and the green d'hide chaps.

 

I went to the observatory (the top floor) and clicked spin. I have tried this in many squares of the observatory.

 

I have tried it on the bottom too. HALP! :wall:

Nvm, I just had to THINK and then SPIN.

Go in FRONT of the telescope if you can't get under it. I've had the same problem; the alternative I've suggested will probably work.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You need to go through the tunnels to get to it.
