Does anyone know the average exp per 1k iron arrows at 68 range on rapid? Not picking them up of course.

I'm guessing around 25-30k with accumulator.

 

You should use knifes if you want to train, but I'm sure you already know that.

Depends on what you're fighting. Various monsters have different defense levels and different resistances to ranged attacks.

Worst case scenario here - you are F2P, cannot pick them up.

 

 

 

You have a max hit of 9, and it will be like this for a few levels yet.

 

 

 

Now lets assume you are training on an easy critter and you hit 2/3 of the time. So 666 arrows will do some damage.

 

 

 

666 arrows hitting on average 50% of your max hit = 4.5 damage per arrow hit = 666*4.5*4 = 12000xp per 1k iron arrows at your level

 

 

 

Training on a harder monster wil lessen your hits, so call it 10k per 1k arrows and you ought to be in the right ballpark.
