im trying to use camtasia and snag-it video but it slows my comp down. whats the problem

Most likely, your processor. Hold the alt+ctrl+delete keys to bring up a graph. Click on performance (while using camtasia) and look up the cpu usage.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

There's a good chance the only way to fix it is to buy a new processor, but you can do things like ad-aware, defrag, etc. to make your comp run faster.
