At what level does it give +2 prayer points per dose, and how about for 3?

There were many reports that the Wrench only increases 1 more prayer point in most case, regardless of prayer level, making the bonus random.

 

 

 

I would rather lose the Holy Wrench for additional Prayer Pot.
