Making junk

Featured Replies

Whats the best kind of junk you can make by yourself? Ive been mining granite for junk but it's gone down a lot since the granite splitting update.

Ive heard a little bit about tribal clothes. If this is a good way, I'd like to hear more please.

How do you make your junk?

Post all your answers here.

No point collecting junk.

Really, you'll soon hear this, junk is not worth making for its own sake. The best way to do it is to use byproducts of skills (unstrung bows, granite, as you're doing now, etc).

The tribal clothing method involves buying lots of trading sticks off of the GE, taking them to Tai Bo Wannai village, and buying tons of tribal clothes with them. The problem with this method is that you can only buy 10k sticks off the GE every four hours, so you can't generate 500k of junk an hour as some people claim.

If you DO decide to do this method, immediately start stockpiling trading sticks, and recruit a couple friends to do the same. The friends will also buy them off the GE, and will sell them to you. This way, you can use the trading limits to get around the GE limits. I'd say stick with the skilling though.
