November 25, 200817 yr The more people using the same resource spot (such as chopping the same Yew or fishing the same spot), the higher chance of getting Discrimination Random Event (Ent, Smoking Rock, Whirlpool, Big Fish, etc) Higher fishing level can affect how often you can get a fish, but there is a speed cap for each fish type (so you cannot "instantly" get a shrimp even at level 99).
