So I've been playing Stealing creation for the first time and just got some morphic tools. What should I use them for? I want to train all of the skills for that minigame, but what would be the best uses of the charges?

Fletching and smithing currently provide the best bonuses. Although they're saying that they'll fix them by the end of the year to be good for all skills. Do fletching and smithing with them now, smithing being better than fletching because it's slower to train normally.

I can't smith mithril platebodies, what should I smith with it to get the most exp per gp?

mithril bolts. seriously, your wasting your money with platebodies.

You currently get bonus exp per item, not per bar. That means you'll receive the same amount of bonus experience whether you're making mithril bolts (1 bar) or from making mithril plates (5 bars). This means that it's much more efficient to smith one-bar items, and mithril bolts also have the added advantage of being both stackable and sellable. That's what the above poster was getting at.
