Because i've been killing Elite black knights(138) for the last three hours and no sign of Elite black armor. I killed them during the quest to get the pieces of armor. I couldn't find that they drop the parts of elite black equipment anywhere. Oh.. Where are those Elite black guards you're talking about? "Happines only real when shared."
