nothing beats greaters in ogre cave while multitasking...

Fire Giants in the waterfall provide a safe area, decent drops, and there is usually someone else to talk to.

i would go with fire giants in the cave for waterfall quest...

 

they drop rune scims and have pretty good hp...

 

also a good place to train melee at higher lvls
