What should I smith?

Featured Replies

Hey people, I need 69 smithing and I am 67 (about 7k to 68). I'm looking for the fastest way to get 69. Ready to spend any amount of money for it.

My guess is smelting gold ore with smithing gauntlets from Family Crest. If gp is no object, that is.

Gold ore if you don't mind blowing money on it.

You can mine iron quite fast and either use rings of forging to turn into iron bars -> iron knives for ranging, or buy coal off the GE, smelt into steel bars, and resell. That will make you a profit

Or you can find some middle ground between these.
