December 7, 200817 yr fire runes with ring of duelings get 28 ess have dueling on u tele to duel arena craft tele to castle wars and repeat until lvl 44 at 44 you can craft nature runes by then you should do the abyss miniquest

December 7, 200817 yr crafting cosmics is faster and loses less than fires or actually crafting astrals would be best (nvm dont have craft lvl so )

December 7, 200817 yr basically wear boots of lightness,if you can spotter or spottier cape,and penance gloves,glory,pick,ring of dueling, and black dhide heres your inventory small pouch -holds 3 essence medium pouch -holds 6 essence terrorbird scrolls (have terrorbird summoned) 25 pure essence procedure:run to the mage run to the north western area to get inside the middle area map of abyss here http://www.tip.it/runescape/?page=abyss.htm craft your 25 cosmics take the ess out of the pouches and craft tele to edge and repeat
