How to import groups from outlook express to windows mail

We just got a new computer, and I'm trying to export my mom's Outlook Express contact groups into windows mail, but I'm having some issues. What I am doing to move everything over is backing everything up on my seagate external HD, and then copying it onto the new computer. I exported the OE groups as a WAB., But when I try to import them into Windows Contacts on the new computer, all it does is import the contacts only, no groups.

 

 

 

I've tried to google a solution to this, but havn't found anything remotely helpful, so I'll give you free imaginary cookies if you could lend me a hand here :
