seriously, i came back to RS a while ago, and whenever i try out risky PvP, i never hit, has something changed that i'm not aware of?

 

 

 

i've tried whip + defender, BGS, SS, Dharok, Verac, hell, even 1 iteming, and even on people with only 70 defence in rune gear i can't hit jack all.

 

 

 

i'm 93 attack, and strength, super potted and using piety, half the time vengeance does more damage than my swings.
