I got rid of my cooking gauntlets ages when I quit p2p, but I'm not sure how to get them back. Do I go back to the father in Varrock who gives out the quest, or do i go see the brother in taverly?

You can obtain your old pair by talking to Dimintheis. He is located east of Varrock East bank.
