After aboutt 2+ years off back into it, need suggestions

Well I've been on a few times over I'd say the passed 2 years but nothing that spectacular. Just logged back on today and got members again. 2 Good friends of mine that I used to play with back in 02-04 are playing again and wanted me to start up with them.

 

 

 

So just need suggestions on what kind of stuff to do first, etc.

 

 

 

Still have 1 construction, 1 hunter, and 1 summoning of course, gives you a basic timeline of how long it's been, and only 47 farming as well, quit shortly after it came out for awhile.

 

 

 

Just to give you an idea of how productive and unproductive I've been since rs1 here were my stats at the end of rs1:

 

 

 

 

 

 

As you see, mining has even yet to go up haha. But yeah any tips/suggestions welcome for an old schooler trying to get back into it. Oh and hi to any old friends that remember me, already said hi to Spooferfish in game, not a lot of faces I recognize seem to be around thus far.

First go to the Tip.it quest Guides and choose some easy quests to do. Make sure you unlock all the skills like summon and such first. Then see how much money you have and buy some armour if you plan to do some combat. Otherwise it depends on what you want to do nothing much has changed except no more free trading, PVP is random drops, and the Grand Exchange is the grandmaster of trading which you should check out. Of course you can mine rune for profit so you're set.

Well I've been on like a said a few times in the passed few years and played with friends and I have enough money wise.

 

 

 

I know how the grand exchange and what not works, I have all the sets of barrows and basically am just hitting up abyssals for now since its something I'm familiar with a bit.

 

 

 

Just wasn't sure on say what to aim for weapon/armor wise, the big quests I should look to do which are good for say better teleports etc. or what not.

Well theres the godswords and of course the Dragonfire Shield.

 

 

 

DFS- Defencive bonuses

 

Bandos GS- Basic poorman's GS

 

Zamorak GS- Castle wars not that useful outside of there

 

Saradomin GS- Heals your HP and prayer good for monster hunting and slayer.

 

Armadyl GS- Hits 25% extra good for PvP and monster hunting if you want high hits.

 

 

 

Big Quests would be the Mournings End series, Fairy tale series, and the Gnome series. They are very useful also the Myreque series are pretty good. You just mainly need to look at an item or teleport and see the requirments. Of course you could always just slay more if you enjoy it.
