December 21, 200817 yr Hello, i have been playing runescape for all of 4 years now and have been working on my account since then. Recently my email was hacked by someone who likes to take peoples accounts and sell them to blackmarket sites, For the last year i have had my account i have had a constant battle over ownership of MY account, it seems everytime i recover my account someone recovers it back and it winds up getting locked, the point is i can get my account back, but so can everyone else!! I feel like i have no power over what happens i have tried adding a credit card subscription. So i need your help big time! If you could tell me a way that i can stop this from happening i would be highly grateful!!

Then if you make a credit card subscription you will be able to have that tracking number as evidence and it will be needed as evidence to get the account unlocked. Maybe run a virus scan for keyloggers too. Maybe run a virus scan for keyloggers too. ^ If you do run a scan which would be highly recomended dont forget to do it before you change all your recoveries otherwise you would be back at square 1 if you happen to have a keylogger :wall: Stdueis sohw taht as lnog as the fisrt and the lsat letetr of wrods are croerct you wlil hvae no porbelm readninig a sentence. This is bceuase yuor mind deons't acatully read all the letetrs, but a word as a wohle.
December 21, 200817 yr Author There is no keylogger, this has been takin place over a year now, i have since then switched computers, passwords, and recoverys, they have other information leading to the the account being recovered.. suchs as transaction ids, is there no way to save my account?
December 21, 200817 yr If they don't have the trasaction id's they shouldn't be able to recover it. Unless they have about 5 previous passwords and know every single one of your recoverys. Even if you think there is no keylogger run a scan anyway you might be suprised. I would try to get in contact with a Jagex Mod if you I were you because this sounds like the only way to get your account back.
