Well i think they attack with melee, so it might be worth trying to get a set of full rune together. Most people use guthans/whip with super sets. Some people also melee pray/piety but i don't think you're in the financial posiition to do that?

 

Guthans helps people camp there, as it takes time to bank therefore slowing down efficiency.

 

 

 

Also, a salve ammy (e) is what makes these so good to train on - do you have one?

 

 

 

As for exp per/hr i'm guessing at about 35k~ I might be slightly off though. Top level players often get 60k max so i think 35k is a reasonable estimate especially if you have the amulet.
