Have a coordinate clue at the island south of Yanille and east of Gu'Tanoth. How do i get there?

You get there by entering the cave to the south of Gu'tanoth (not the one where Rantz lives). You find this cave by going around the city, passing near the island and keeping south untill you can turn West. The cave is near some Ogres and i think it has a dungeon symbol to mark it on the minimap.

hrm. so it is south-west of that island? i see a ! on the tip.it world map. what is in that dungeon? any high level monsters or a maze to navigate?

No maze or monsters. In fact, no dungeon at all!! If you enter that cave, you just come out of another cave entrance on the exact next second, and you'll be on the island you need.
