Well , since (from my experience) i usually gain 200-300 crimsons per 1k cast:

 

 

 

(Bearing in mind that it takes 2k deaths for 1000 cast &

 

hopefully you are going after crimson)

 

 

 

=> 200to300 divide with 2 = 100-150 per 1k (edit: death runes)
