When you kill someone, there is a chance that either some, none or all of your drop potential will be used to generate the drop. When you kill someone, there is a chance that either some, none or all of your drop potential will be used to generate the drop. You only lose points when such a drop occurs, and retain any points that were not used. Wrong. When you kill someone with less then 25k, your drop table won't be touched and you'll get nothing but junk. If it's over 25k, a percentage of your potential will be used to generate your drop, period.
