Yeah pretty much the last thing I remember is Hunting coming out. I started playing again. What is the major changes beside Summoning / Graphics?

You can no longer PK in the wilderness.

 

There is now a "balanced trade" limit in place, which depends on your Quest Points. For example, someone with 0 quest points can only trade 5k over or under the limit.
