Ok this sounds really nooby, but I need need one more QP to do swan song so I chose to do Elemental Workshop 1, and I can't figure out how to make the water "flow," like the the guide on tip.it says. I tried turning the valves in many different combinations and still no luck.

 

 

 

EDIT: Wait I realized it says to pull the lever. Where is the lever??
