The place called "The Conclave" is a place where clan leaders can chat, but i think you need a bit of forum experience to be a part of it (Read this to find out more viewtopic.php?f=39&t=766143&p=6154078#p6154078) I suggest you read the subforum titled "Clans" Thank you to tripsis for an awesome sig!
