Let's say I get about 5K coal from mtk. What is the best way I can use it to train smithing?

Since the coal you get is virtually free, superheating mithril bars? :P

Well I was looking on the guide and it said coal was about 91 gp whenever you get it from mtk. I was leaning towards making mithril platbodies at blast furnace and alching them on the spot. Or even steel plates

Honestly? Sell it. You can train your smithing more effectively by buying bars already smelted. If you want to cut costs, you can use morphic hammers...Stealing Creation is more fun than smelting anyway, imo.
