While woodcutting, a bird's nest drops out of the tree you're trying to cut down and lands behind you.

 

 

 

What you should do:

 

 

 

Pick up the nest and search it. It might contain some useful or valuable items, such as gold, sapphire, emerald, ruby or diamond rings, and seeds for farming. Other possible loot includes red, green or blue birds' eggs.
