Assuming the boats dont lose whats better for points the vet boat or the beginner? How many points/h at the best boat? Do I need to wield the void staff to have the mage effect? What about the seal? For range I am planning to make 1.7m at aviansies after I get my void to train my prayer. I am also looking to collect some charms at black demons. What should I do first? Pureprayer, you're awesome.
