i am inside the observatory the one with the checkered dark gray & white stripes in the map. i am doing the "THINK" emote w/ the question mark & then i'm spinning." the guy is not popping out. i am wearing a mithril chain body w/ a green dhide chaps(or is dragonhide & dchaps different things? & i am wearing a RUBY amulet not amulet of strenght. so wah em i doing wrong? em i suppose to be outside the observatory?! please help asap. thanks in advance.

Chill, don't spam if you don't get an immediate answer, just leave it for a while and someone is bound to reply (like I do now).

 

 

 

Anyway, equip a Mithril Chainbody, Green Dragonhide Chaps and a Ruby Amulet, then stand under the lens in the observatory and do the Think emote.

 

If the guy does not pop out you either have the wrong items or you're standing on the wrong spot.

 

Once the guy pops out use the Spin emote and then talk to him.

where is the lens?

You'll need to go through the dungeon.

 

The entrance to the dungeon is in one of the ruins in the little goblin village close to the observatory.

 

Make your way through the dungeon and you'll end up in the actual observatory.

 

In there is a huge telescope which you should stand directly under.

ive been there twice. infact i just got out right now. there is no way for me to stand on that big telescope. it wont let me. i even tried to look on it but it wont let me do the emote at the same time.
