For the Rogue's Castle invisible portal, I believe that you need 60+ Thieving to get the XP, because I'm 55 Thief and I wasn't allowed to get the XP. I didn't think about submitting this until after i did it, so I took a screenshot while in rogues castle and the message in my box, with my Thieving level showing.
