I don't agree with the summoning part, because I would consider the charm gathering part of the time spent working on the skill :P If you've got the money, 99 smithing can be done in less than a week now with adamantite plates. If you have the charms you could possibly get 99 summoning in 24 hours but you do have to take the time it takes to get the charms into account. Fletching might take more than 48 hours but once you can make dragon darts it will only take a few hours for 99 as long as you have enough of them banked.
