I always see people training construction with noted planks, money, and a butler right next to them. I see some people say that the butler will unnote the planks for a certain price. Can someone please enlighten me as to:

1. How much does it cost to un-note oak planks?

2. How long does it take to un-note them?

3. Does that mean you can just stay at one spot?

You can just send the butler to your bank to bring you planks.

You do get to stand in the same area, the butler can get stuck on tables or in corners when he re-enters your house (I believe he enters at random spots).

As for time, I just send my butler out to get planks, and start constructing. When he returns he gives me all the planks I can hold, then stands next you me and waits for me to take the rest of the planks. Upon doing so I can send him out for more planks and finish off the planks I have.

Seems to work well.

Edit: Tip.It's construction guide has some useful information about the butlers too: http://www.tip.it/runescape/?page=const ... _guide.htm

You pay 5k every 7 runs, so thats 5k every 140 planks, so thats 35gp per plank. It takes 10 seconds for him to go and you can get 2.5 average larders made in that time, 3 if your fast and 2 if your slow.
