I was making pure and i found out during shield of arrav quest has changed.

 

 

 

The shield half is no longer tradable therefore you cannot give to you friend.

 

 

 

To complete the quest now you have to use the shield half on the curator haig halen who then gives you to certificate halves (which are tradable) then your friend from other gang uses his shield on him to get two other halves of certificate. after this step you trade one of your halves then you use together and a screen comes up saying that it will no longer be tradable after this step go to King Rolad. Quest Complete.
