I would do it as follows:

Mine to 80: (Steel)

-Smelt and smith ore until 80 smithing

-Sell cannonballs for money.

Thieve to 80 (Farmers)

-Pickpocket farmers, use seeds for farming

Runecraft to 80

-Buy pure essence

-Sell Runes for profit

Hunter

-Chinchompas; catch and sell

Fish to 80 (Monkfish)

-Cook fish to 80 cooking, sell cooked fish

Construction, Summoning, Crafting, prayer, and Herblore are going to cost you a lot of money to get to 80+, which is why I suggested training Mining, Thieving, and Runecrafting first, to put more money in your coffers.

You're going to spend a lot of time on Farming, Summoning, and Agility.

With the money you bring in from several of the skills, you should have enough with 35 mil to get to 80+ in all of your skills.

not an expert on mining but people say granite is the fastest. You could also mine iron via spirit kyatt but it's slower. For smithing, I wouldn't recommend making cannonballs since they take way too long and you could just make more money using the time to smith cballs. Blast furnace is a pretty cheap way but it might be a bit annoying. If not, just smith mith bolts, I think it's around 3gold/exp.
