70-80 Magic 75-80 Def 2m...help

As the title says, If possible..I would like to get 70-80 magic and 75-80 def on a 2m budget.

 

 

 

Any suggestions at all would be welcome.

For magic, high alching or enchanting diamond bolts (if you find a good alching item you'll lose very little)

 

 

 

For def, I prefer slayer (you usually make money) but if slayer isn't your thing just find a monster that you can hit high and consistently on. But again, with slayer I often get stuck with tasks that are like that, so I get both. :-X
