You stats are fine, I have done it many times with my stats

but are my stats good enough to make it worthwhile, I dont want to take all that time to kill 40KC to kill the boss once or twice.

Well, how many is worthwhile for you? I think you should fair well, but if you want to last longer, there is no harm in evening your stats at 96.
