However, throughout the years, I've gotten way behind the times and I don't know the strategies. I don't even know if kawarmba (is that how you spell it?) doesn't affect combat delay anymore, or whether you can use shadow burst from 10~ sq away and combo with a dds spec. Many of the strategies on BH videos are avenge and KO, which is not what I'm looking for.

 

 

 

So, do you have any strategies that could go into a guide. I only ask this because it'll draw more thoughtful answers instead of the typical common everyday knowledge you can look up.

Kawarmba still doesn't effect combat if you eat it at the right time; the right time begin directly after an attack, but before the damage shows. Also, for your maging question, you would have to use a blitz spell, notably ice, or ice barrage if you have enough distance to pull that off effectively. If you want more information on the maging part, I suggest you look at the Tactical Ancients guide in the AOW. Other than that though, there aren't that many strategies you can use, unless you want stuff like disabling smite to make it look like you dropped pray, so the other person "risks" during the fight, allowing you to KO more easily (if its a smite match).
