whats that bit of square pixels by the image? Bad cut out perhaps?

bg not good and the pic doesnt go with the bg 4/10

the pixels are a small extra thing that i forgotabout when i added the pic, and it whas ds that asked for that pic to the bg...

its like it has been sharpened a few times which makes it pixely :\
