yews are only good to alch if you want to alch as in buy 100k each time and alch and repeat

The price of yews is too high to make yew longbows worth alching. If you cut your own yews, bought natures and spin your own bowstrings, you would still make money, but not much. If you're after exp, it might be worth getting it, but if you're looking for pure profit, don't bother.
