February 10, 200917 yr They are the same, although officially I believe it's Necklace of Skills. Doesn't take long to find out though. Net fishing is decent if you need seaweed or pearls, otherwise, it's too slow XP Plus, the necklace doesn't make catching caskets fast. I hardly noticed a differenc,e if any at all, maybe 10% or less. Im fly fishing now in varrok, catherby will have to wait till I skill up Thanks for all the help and that's all I can think to add :o good luck
