hey guys, i'm having trouble during a part in "one small favour", i need to deliver 5 pigeon cages but i am unable to empty them. i know i'll be able to once i finish plague city and start another quest (biohazard i think), however i really don't want to do plague city right now and was wondering if there was any other way to empty out the pigeon cages. since the quest isnt needed for one small favour you'd think there should be some way to get the pigeons out of their cages but i can't figure anything out.

But in the quest plauge city empty them by using them on this tower by the west ardy gate i dont remember if u throw food on the tower then use it on the tower or not sorry i can be more helpful
