hmm... The actual landscape leave's much room for any type of surface map. For one, mountains almost never slope that steep into the water like that. They usualy slope down to a beach before hitting watter.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Try and do more of a "vally" next time. This way I can see if your doing surface maps better or not. I can tell that you have the grass in the right spot, thats nice, but because of the steep incline of the whole piece I can't see or tell much at all.

alright, im still having trouble understanding exactly how terragen works, but i will try another one. cant seem to completely figure out surface maps and stuff. and i have no idea how to shape the mountains.
