Yay well I got it a few mins ago, I think it's kind of odd because I have never gotten a mime yet I got the frog the first day.

ice caves once again prove to be the best place to get good random events. People always get mimes or mazes down there, I wanted to see for myself, went there, first trip, got a maze.
