try deleting all your cookies and tempoary internet files.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

to do this using internet explorer do the following:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

go to tools, then internet options, and you should see a button saying delete cookies and one delete files, click them both and comfirm to delete the cookies and tempoary internet files.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

tools->internet options->delete cookies->conferm
