help in wild rouge castle coordinates

i got a coordinate clue and its at the rouge castle in the wilderness

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

i searched everywhere on the first level but can't seem to get anything

 

 

 

i have my sextant, watch, and map thing with me.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I noticed that when you go up the stairs there are different levels to where u are suppose to dig but you can't gain access so I was just wondering if anyone knows how to get to those areas or if im doing somehthing wrong

if i remember correctly its outside the castle, at the northmost point.
