Because I really need 60 defence and I am finding it abit boring PCing it all the time (Pest Control). I am at level 58 and need about 18K XP to get 59 defence. pyro4life Posted February 20, 2009 Share Posted February 20, 2009 Go to runescape.com, go to 'game guide' and 'manual' and 'quests' then 'quest experience page' and choose defence. That'll give you a full list, along with all of the quests that give some sort of experience boosting item such as a tome or lamp.
