Hi, Is there any quests that give defence XP as a reward? Because I really need 60 defence

 

and I am finding it abit boring PCing it all the time (Pest Control). I am at level 58 and need about 18K

 

XP to get 59 defence. Is there any quests that give defence XP out? Even if it just 2K?

What's Runescape?

Why don't you try killing giants under barb village? You should get your exp in no time.

Go to runescape.com, go to 'game guide' and 'manual' and 'quests' then 'quest experience page' and choose defence. That'll give you a full list, along with all of the quests that give some sort of experience boosting item such as a tome or lamp.
